By using the Goodeess.com services, you understand that you are subject to the following conditions and you agree to abide by these conditions. Goodeess.com may change these conditions with one month's notice. Please read them carefully.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
Goodeess.com is an ongoing subscription, the first 14 days of subscription are FREE. Thereafter, it costs € 34.95 per month. Your subscription is deducted each month, until you no longer wish to be a member. This members-only shopping site gives you the lowest prices in Europe on good quality products and MAX 5.95 € shipping on all orders. We reserve the right to prohibit and cancel orders from any account / member.
BECOME A MEMBER
To buy from the Goodeess.com online store, it is mandatory to become a member. Once you've approved the terms and conditions, entered your credit card information, and placed your first order, you're automatically signed up for the FREE 14-day trial of Goodeess.com. After your FREE 14-day trial subscription expires, you will automatically be enrolled in the payment plan (€ 34.95 / month) unless you choose to end your subscription. Your registration on Goodeess.com is legally obligatory from the moment you place your first order and thus activate your membership.
ACCEPT SUBSCRIPTION CONDITIONS
By giving your consent to the applicable subscription terms on Goodeess.com, you authorize Goodeess.com to periodically withdraw the indicated membership fees, until you choose to terminate your subscription. The first 14 days of subscription are FREE. Thereafter, it costs € 34.95 / month. As a Goodeess.com member and cardholder, you are required to pay for your membership period and any resulting membership withdrawals, until you cancel your membership and / or membership. Your Goodeess.com membership is automatically renewed so that you always have access to it. After the first 14 days of FREE subscription (€ 0.00), your subscription is € 34.95 / month.
PAYMENT
All transactions on Goodeess.com must be made via credit card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express). All payments and card charges are factored into the price of the product and are regulated there by Goodeees.com. Payment is deducted from your account when ordering on Goodeess.com or when you start your membership. You will not be deducted for an amount greater than that approved at the end of your purchase. All prices are shown including VAT.
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
You can terminate your membership at any time by clicking "Cancel Membership" at the bottom of the page. You enter your email address and you can easily unsubscribe. The subscription is canceled the same day you unsubscribe. Once your membership is canceled, the money will not be withdrawn from your account unless you choose to reactivate your membership.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
The Goodeess.com subscription offers a 14 day cancellation policy. Your cancellation period expires 14 days after entering into an agreement with us. Your subscription takes effect when you place an order on Goodeess.com. Your right of withdrawal is only active from the day you make a transaction on Goodeess.com and not from the start of monthly subscription payments. If you want to cancel your subscription, you must let us know at least 1 day before the start of entering into a binding agreement with us. You can let us know by contacting us by email at info@gooodees.com (we respond within 24 hours on weekdays). In your message, clearly and explicitly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. For technical reasons, our website does not allow cancellation of membership within 48 hours of your first order.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you register with Goodeess.com, your name, address, phone number and email are stored in an electronic customer database which is only accessible to employees of Goodeess.com.
These personal data are recorded so that we can deliver your orders and in accordance with accounting legislation, which stipulates that the material used in the context of transactions must be kept for 5 years after the accounting year for which it is valid. Before your personal information is recorded on Goodeess.com, we make sure that your consent is given and that you know exactly what information is being recorded. Customer information is always encrypted. Goodeess.com is responsible for the data stored on Goodeess.com. The information provided to Goodeess.com is neither transmitted nor sold to third parties.
